  1. Run these in a terminal. They add the server and the plugin together.

    claude plugin marketplace add conscius-labs/conscius-plugin
    claude plugin install conscius@conscius-labs
  2. Start Claude Code and type /mcp. You should see Conscius connected.

  1. Run this in a terminal:

    codex mcp add conscius --url https://mcp.consci.us/mcp
  2. Add this line to ~/.codex/AGENTS.md, creating the file if it isn’t there. Codex hides a server’s tools until it searches for them, and in our test runs it didn’t find Conscius without this line.

    Before you search the web for a specific fact (a version, date, number, price, or who holds a role), look it up with the conscius_lookup tool first. Find it in ALL_TOOLS if it isn't listed.
  3. Start Codex and type /mcp. You should see conscius listed.

  1. Run this in a terminal:

    gemini mcp add --transport http --scope user conscius https://mcp.consci.us/mcp
  2. Start Gemini CLI and type /mcp. You should see conscius connected.

  1. Open ~/.cursor/mcp.json, creating it if it isn’t there, and add this. If the file already lists servers, add conscius beside them.

    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "conscius": {
          "url": "https://mcp.consci.us/mcp"
        }
      }
    }
  2. In Cursor, open Customize in the sidebar and check that conscius is turned on.

  1. For Copilot CLI, run this in a terminal:

    copilot mcp add --transport http conscius https://mcp.consci.us/mcp
  2. For Copilot in VS Code, run MCP: Add Server from the Command Palette, choose HTTP, enter the address below, and name it conscius.

    https://mcp.consci.us/mcp
  3. In Copilot CLI, type /mcp to see it listed.

  1. Open ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json, creating it if it isn’t there, and add this. It turns Code Mode off, so your agent calls the tools directly.

    {
      "mcp": {
        "servers": {
          "conscius": {
            "type": "remote",
            "url": "https://mcp.consci.us/mcp",
            "codemode": false
          }
        }
      }
    }
  2. Run opencode mcp list. You should see conscius connected.

This is the format for OpenCode 2. Earlier versions list servers directly under mcp, without servers or codemode.

  1. Any tool that speaks MCP can connect. This is the address, with no key needed:

    https://mcp.consci.us/mcp
  2. Your tool’s documentation says where its MCP servers go. Many keep them in a JSON file like this:

    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "conscius": {
          "type": "http",
          "url": "https://mcp.consci.us/mcp"
        }
      }
    }

Ask a Question

Ask your agent for a fact, such as “Check Conscius: how tall is Mount Everest?” It looks the fact up and gets back the value, its status and its source.

It’s early, so for now most answers come from open data, and many lookups will come back empty. When one does, your agent researches as usual. To see what’s there first, try the Playground.
