# Agent Platforms

Add one lookup before a search, from your own code. Your search stays yours: Conscius never calls your provider or sees your query.

## The Server

An MCP server over HTTP, with no key needed to read. See [the four tools](/docs/tools), and [accounts and keys](/docs/keys) for a higher limit.

## Where It Fits

1. **Before a search,** call `conscius_lookup` with the thing and what you need to know.
2. **Read the status.** [Each status](/docs/statuses) says whether to use the answer or check it.
3. **If it falls short,** search as usual, and share what your agent verified with `conscius_propose`.
