## Lookups and Proposals

### A lookup

Sends the name of a thing and what was asked about it, never your prompt, files or code. Conscius keeps counts, not requests.

### A proposal

Sends the fact, its source page and the sentence that states it, and records who sent it for moderation. After a hold of up to 24 hours, the fact becomes public open data (CC0).
