AI agents are becoming a main way people learn things, and the facts they use need a shared, inspectable record. That record should be open, and shouldn't belong to any one model maker.

## Two founders with long careers building platforms

### Micah Nolte

Co-founder

Micah has built software systems for more than 20 years. He was CTO of Muuv Labs through its merger, and of The Cube, a live-streaming platform whose first site he built from scratch. He built Conscius's prototype, its experiments and its infrastructure.

### Jon Johnson

Co-founder

Jon led an AI platform that runs agents in healthcare and company workflows from its first day. Earlier he led product at Cosm and Ticketmaster, and was a founding engineer, then CTO, at The Cube through its sale to Tribune Publishing. He started out as an airline pilot.

The facts are CC0, with bulk downloads planned, so nobody needs to scrape Conscius and nobody is locked in.

### No bought status

Payment never changes a status or a ranking.

### Honest about limits

We publish what hasn't worked. See [what we've tested](/system#research).
